RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you thought it would be, or circumstances have changed and you need a different size, color or style. No problem. We guarantee you a hassle free exchange and return experience should you ever need to use it.

Returning for a REFUND?: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn product/s back to us within 45 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly issue you a full refund to the original method of payment once we receive the returned item/s. Simply follow our return instructions.

Return Instructions:

  • Refunds can only be issued within 45 days from the date of purchase. We will accept returns for exchanges and store credit for unworn product for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after these periods will be refused, so please be sure to inspect your product upon receipt.
  • Returned products need to be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Items sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be charged a restocking fee. If you are concerned about the condition of the product or packaging, please call us before shipping it back.
  • If you have any feedback on the returned item/s, please include it in your return box. We would love to hear it!
  • Fill out the label on the bottom of the packing slip that came with your order, include the Order ID# from your invoice and attach it to the outside of your return box.
  • Shipping insurance and/or a tracking number is highly recommended on return packages. Little Feet Shoes is not responsible for packages sent to us that are damaged or lost.
  • You will be notified by email once we have issued your refund/store credit. Please verify that the email address on your invoice is correct.

If You Need An EXCHANGE?: Then use our speedy exchange option. Simply purchase your exchange online or over the phone and we will ship it out right away. Follow the return instructions above to send back the item/s you do not want. We will issue you a full refund to the method of payment once we receive your return. Not Your Order?: If there is an error with your order, please let us know immediately and we will send you the correct merchandise promptly.

Is It DEFECTIVE?: We inspect each product we sell individually before adding it to our inventory, so we are confident that product defects will be rare. However, if you feel you have received a defective product please contact us immediately!

Can I return/exchange an item I received as a gift?: Firstly, lucky you for having such great friends! We are only able to refund the person who purchased the gift, however, we will accept returns for store credit and exchanges. The item must have been purchased from Little Feet Shoes and sent to you as a gift. You must meet and follow our return instructions above and please include a copy of the original invoice with your return. Also please include your contact information with your return, so we can accurately process your request.

Return Shipping: Little Feet Shoes does not offer Free Return Shipping as it is NEVER really free! All stores that advertise FREE RETURN SHIPPING actually charge you for it upfront in the price of the product whether you use it or not. At Little Feet Shoes we believe you shouldn't have to pay for return shipping unless you actually use it!

Return Shipping Tips

  • Pack your return in the smallest box you can find that will protect the item/s.
  • Only include the item/s you are returning in their original package. You do not need to return any extras that were in your box.
  • We have found the cheapest way to send your return package back is usually by USPS first class mail through your local post office. A package weighing 1 lb. or less costs around $5 to send to us from anywhere in the US.
  • For returns weighing 2-3 lbs. or more consider using a USPS Flat Rate box or USPS parcel post.
Refused/Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are refused or returned to Little Feet Shoes as unclaimed will be refunded to the credit card account originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.
